Mel started his online marketing career in 2008 at a full-service agency in Munich. He developed an expertise in SEO and SEM (Google Adwords), creates optimised content and manages several Google Adwords accounts for our clients.

Bea is our creative director, has a lot of executive experience and makes sure that your content is error-free, up to date and engaging.

John started to build HTML websites in the last millennium and got into blogging and online marketing in 2007. He also worked with Mel in Munich and later on joined a digital marketing agency in Melbourne, Australia. He created and managed SEO strategies for companies in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and the US – some of them Fortune 500’s

Jude has worked with over 40 global web projects making him a prolific senior web developer. He is also the team’s master troubleshooter. He is a native of Misamis Occidental who continues to improve his craft by reading programming books and watching video tutorials.

Loloy is a native of Zamboanga del Sur now residing in Cebu. He specializes in back end coding and mobile app (Android) development.

Daisy is also a native of Cebu. She works primarily on front-end web development and is keen at expanding an array of expertise in Javascript, CSS, HTML and more. During her down time, she loves to read articles, play chess or ride a bike. She likes to think of herself as an ambitious woman with a great appetite for learning, especially on topics such as programming.

Shirna is also from Cebu. Her main tasks are front-end web development and she is continually learning to broaden her knowledge in Javascript, PHP, HTML and many more by watching tutorial videos and reading forums with programming topics. She believes that success comes from being yourself.

Elsa is our content manager for German-speaking clients and has worked with John & Mel for almost 10 years already. She has also a strong SEO background and supports the account management team. She writes articles of all kinds: Blog posts, company profiles, editorials and many more. Since she started in 2012, she has come to understand how many different topics there are, that are on people’s minds and that move and inspire them. She cares about dedicated content creation and reliable research.

Markus’ favorite topic is do-it-yourself home improvement – he has a lot of experience and knowledge in this area, and it shows. When he worked as a media designer, he acquired many skills in things like image editing und digital design. He is also very interested in computer technology.

Aline worked more than 10 years for a search engine in Germany as research and data analyst and in marketing. Now she supports clients as project and account manager. For German speaking clients she writes SEO optimized articles and supports them with keyword analysis and back links. When she is not working she likes to take long walks at the beach, play tennis, practice yoga and be creative.

Michelle is key in assisting the senior team with implementing Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 configuration, website event tracking, and maintaining internal records for Google Ads. With a passion for learning, Michelle is always open to assisting web designers by uploading content to the site, using the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand her web design knowledge.

Kathreen Faye, one of our skilled junior web developers. She began her career as a virtual assistant and graphic designer, adding a creative flair to everything she does. Now deeply engaged in web development, she continues to expand her expertise. In her free time, Kathreen enjoys gaming, drawing, and watching series.

Ross Jon, a dedicated junior web  developer , was born and raised in Misamis Occidental, Ozamiz City. Rjon brings a passion for programming and a keen interest in technology. His focus is on growing his expertise in front-end development, with a special interest in both mobile and web platforms. And always eager to learn and embrace emerging technologies as he works toward becoming a skilled front-end developer. His drive and curiosity make him a valuable part of our team.

Angelique, a skilled content creator, produces captivating content for our website and some of our clients’ websites to enhance their presence online. In addition, Angelique works as a travel consultant, helping travelers plan seamless and unforgettable trips across the Philippines.

Thomas has many years of experience in the field of search engine optimization. He writes about business and financial topics.

Lance is a student at Cordova Public College with a strong foundation in modern web development. Passionate about creating efficient and user-friendly web applications, he continuously hones his skills in frontend and backend technologies. With hands-on experience in frameworks like Vue.js and Laravel, Lance strives to deliver innovative and scalable digital solutions. His adaptability and eagerness to learn make him a promising developer in Kapwa Marketing.

Lai, a BSIT student at Cordova Public College, is currently learning the basics of SEO at Kapwa Marketing and is eager to develop her skills to contribute to the company’s marketing success. Motivated to explore and grow in the digital marketing field, she also enjoys playing volleyball, watching movies and series, especially Ghibli films, and going for relaxing walks in her free time. She lives by the belief that “Bravery is the solution to regret.”

Ivan is also a student from Cordova Public College. Though new to the field, he is committed to learning and exploring digital marketing. Focused on building a strong foundation in SEO, Ivan embraces challenges and continually improves his skills.
